Below we would like to share with you some of our history and those landmark projects that have led Manhattan to a reputation of Excellence in Construction.
U.S. ARMY AIR CORPS HANGAR AND ANNEXES
Lowry Field, Colorado
During World War II, Manhattan proudly built many military base, hangar, apron, barrack and other defense mobilization projects for the United States Defense Department.
PHILLIPS PETROLEUM BUTADIENE PLANT
Borger, Texas
One of the things that makes our company unique is our diversification in project experience. This petroleum plant is just one of the many industrial facilities constructed early on by Manhattan.
Oklahoma State University Library
Stillwater, Oklahoma
Some of Manhattan's earliest projects were education facilities. We have had a long history at OSU and today we still continue to shape the face of the university's campus.
WILL ROGERS WORLD AIRPORT
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Manhattan has had a long history in Oklahoma City and one of it's first modern day structures was the Will Rogers World Airport.
ORAL ROBERTS UNIVERSITY
Tulsa, Oklahoma
Manhattan has proudly built many structures on the Oral Roberts University campus, including The Prayer Tower which is one of Tulsa's most notable landmarks.
ST. LUKE'S MEDICAL TOWER
Houston, Texas
29-Levels above grade and 3-levels below grade cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure.
THANKSGIVING SQUARE
Dallas, Texas
One of the most notable structures in downtown Dallas is Thanksgiving Square. This project is one of the earliest projects completed by Manhattan in Dallas.
1530 WILSON BOULEVARD
Arlington, Virginia
12-story, 180,000 square foot office building with a 3-level, 140,000 square foot, below grade parking garage.
4E and 5E TERMINALS
at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport
The expansion of DFW Airport was a key factor in Manhattan establishing an office in Dallas. The success of these projects not only established us in Dallas, but it led to many other aviation related clients.
TRANQUILITY PARK & PARKING GARAGE
Houston, Texas
3-level, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete underground parking garage accomodating 2,200 cars.
CATO INSTITUTE HEADQUARTERS
Washington, D.C.
The Cato Institute is a 6-story, structural steel structure with below grade parking.
WILLIAMS TOWERS I & II
Tulsa, Oklahoma
Manhattan has had a long standing relationship with The Williams Company. It's earliest work included the construction of Towers I & II. Since that time, Manhattan has completed many interior projects and is currently constructing the new Williams Technology Center.
