The at-grade level includes a large plaza with planters, varying elevations and a stage designed for educational and public assemblies. The first of seven above-grade levels includes a large auditorium, a multipurpose room with operable partitions, two food service areas and classrooms.

Levels 2 through 7 are primarily office and classroom space with the main library being featured on floors 2 and 3 with another smaller library on the 6th floor and a TV studio on the 7th floor.
