    Project Description

Located in the heart of Tampa's Central Business District, the Element project is a contemporary high-rise structure blending glass and steel into another signature building to the downtown's changing landscape. Situated on the northern end near the Museum and Arts District, the project consists of a 34-story, 392 unit residential building. Parking is located on the first nine ground level floors to maximize the urban views for the residents. Targeted for primarily first time buyers and young professionals, the units average 900 sf and offer granite and stainless steel finishes, balcony features and light-filled spaces opening to panoramic views of the city. This contemporary building has been designed with the young "technology savvy" owner in mind. High-end amenities include touch panel screens and wireless access, plaza level lounging and social areas with water features, open fireplaces, swimming pools and hot tubs, and a fully equipped fitness center and work facility.
