PREQUALIFICATION

Subcontractors meeting the below requirements are encouraged to complete the Pre-Qualification form.  Click on the link below to download the Prequalification Form.

SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
SAFETY
Established record of safe performance of work.  We use the Workers Comp Experience Modifier (EMR) to help evaluate this record.  Although exceptions can be made, we typically try to work with contractors with EMR's at 1.00 or below

EXPERIENCE
Qualifying for each project is based on recent, similar project experience.

BONDING
We require that all subcontractors with contract values above $75,000 be able to bond the complete value of the project.  We require a bond from all exterior building enclosure trades.

INSURANCE
All Subcontractors working with us must carry at least $3,000,000 liability insurance.  This requirement may be increased based upon the contract with the Owner.
