| Manhattan is proud to have been selected by the Dallas Cowboys Football Club to build the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium facility in Arlington, Texas. Located near Ameriquest Field, this project will solidify Arlington, Texas as a recreation destination.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The state-of-the-art facility will consist of a retractable roof stadium, seating approximately 80,000 patrons, with over 200 suites, and club space of 200,000 sf. The facility will be home to the Dallas Cowboys, but will also accommodate large concerts, high school football, NCAA bowl games, and a variety of other major events.
ABOUT THE SCHEDULE
Construction duration of the project will be approximately 40 months. Construction may begin as early as March 2006.
