Manhattan runs its business and accounting enterprise systems on the Oracle suite of applications. This system enables us to more adeptly manage our three main assets: our People, our Projects, and our Equipment. These applications encompass human resources, payroll, project accounting, general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and a datamart. Manhattan was the first ENR 400 company utilizing this full suite of applications from the recognized leader in the software and technology industry. We feel that this gives us a step-up in facing the integration, Internet, and technology challenges that will come our way in the future.

| Manhattan also uses Meridian's offering of products, which provides multi-project management, control, and collaboration, to manage our projects. On certain projects, we have deployed ProjectTalk.com, which is Meridian's offering that allows us to create and manage projects over the Internet. In a real-time environment, ProjectTalk allows for a full collaboration with the owner, architect, subcontractor, and all participants in the building process. |

| At Manhattan, the timely delivery on commitments and the efficient use of resources is critical to our success. To achieve this goal, we deploy SureTrak to the projects as a schedule and resources manager. With SureTrak, we are able to track our tasks and their inter-relationships and how an activity will affect the outcome of the project as a whole. No matter how simple or complicated the project, SureTrak enables us to see our project from every perspective. |
| MC2 - ICE2000 |

| One of the abilities that sets Manhattan apart is the faith that our clients place in our ability to estimate a project. Manhattan has been using MC2 products over the past several decades and has recently switched to its latest version, ICE2000. We believe that it is the most effective estimating tool on the market today. |
| Novell |

| Manhattan uses Novell to manage its network services, including its Groupwise electronic communication program. Groupwise allows Manhattan to provide EMAIL services, data-work flow services, scheduling and task management, and document storage to its employees. Novell also manages the deployment of resources to our dynamic project environment, which at any one time represents about 50 locations. |
