Opening in 1983, the D.C. Metro operation has quickly become one of the largest contractors in the Beltway area. The geographic focus of this division is to serve both public and private clients in the District, as well as Virginia and Maryland.

This is evidenced by repeat work for clients such as Lincoln Property Company, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, CATO Institute, Cassidy and Pinkard, and Virginia Properties. The D.C. Metro operation takes pride in building large, complex projects. Although Manhattan's history was formed in the Southwest, the D.C. Metro operation continues the legacy and pride in building excellence in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
