Manhattan's original Oklahoma operations started in Muskogee, Oklahoma with Manhattan holding the first business license in the State, #0001. As time went on, it became apparent for a need to open construction operations in the growing city of Tulsa in 1980 to capitalize on a booming oil and banking economy. As the economy grew, so did Manhattan. The types of projects taken on became more complex and the requirements to deliver these projects faster became a hallmark of Manhattan's commitment to its growing client base in Northeast and Central Oklahoma.
From back in it's early years to today, Manhattan has a large client-base in Oklahoma and continues to deliver a variety of project types. Landmark buildings that dot the sky in Northeast and Central Oklahoma are representative of the legacy built by Manhattan. It is our privilege that our legacy continues today by serving such clients as St. Francis Healthcare System, St. John Healthcare System, The Williams Companies, WorldCom, Hilti, and many others from a base of operations in Tulsa. |
