Tulsa, Okla. - Saint Francis Health System celebrated the progress of the construction on The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis with a "Topping Off" ceremony on Friday, March 2, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. Saint Francis Health System board members, administrators, physicians, project team members and donors signed the top beam before it was hoisted to the top of the building by Manhattan Construction Co.
