Tulsa, Okla. - The Tulsa Ballet held the ceremonial ground breaking on Monday, February 27th for the new Tulsa Ballet Center and Dance for Education. Manhattan Construction Co. now kicks off construction on two more studios and office space for the Tulsa Ballet. This is the second phase of its program to expand its headquarters into a world-class center for dance performance and instruction.
Participating in the ground breaking were Tulsa Ballet Artistic Director, Marcello Angelini, Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor, and representatives for major donors to the project including SemGroup L.P., Kivisto Family Foundation, J.E. and L.E. Mabee Foundation, ONEOK, Kathy and Markus Hilti, George Kaiser Family Foundation and The Kresge Foundation.
