Element, is situated near the Museum and Arts District, the project consists of a 35-story, mixed use building containing 395 residential units and ground level retail. Parking is located on the first nine ground level floors to maximize the urban views for the residents.
Developed by Novare-intown Tampa Development, LLC, Element is primarily targeted for first time buyers and young professionals. The units average 900 square-feet and will offer granite and stainless steel finishes, balcony features, and light-filled spaces opening to panoramic views of the city. The contemporary architecture for this high-rise structure blends glass and steel providing another signature building to Tampa’s downtown landscape.
The building has been designed with the young “technology savvy” owner in mind. The project will include high-end amenities such as touch panel screens and wireless access, plaza level lounging and social areas with water features, open fireplaces, swimming pools and hot tubs, and a fully equipped fitness center and work facility.
Element is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter in 2009.
