TAMPA, Fla.. - Manhattan Construction Company is pleased to announce that team member Charles Hamilton has earned the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) Accredited Professional (AP) designation. The LEED™ Green Building Rating System is designed to encourage energy and resource conservation in the construction and operation of buildings. Hamilton is a Project Engineer in Manhattan ’s Florida Division.
With this designation, Hamilton joins the LEED™ AP group at Manhattan who are distinguished by demonstrating the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED™ certification process for projects. They have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED™ Rating System.
